I paid $12.00 for help received none & I want my money beack. It has been a couple of weeks, no response, no help

I paid $12.00 to obtain a quick reaction and didnt get something. I purchased a PC-Game Strange Adventures 16 total activities. After I attempted to set up it explained my adobe display was outdated. I had a need to understand how to obtain a fresh adobe display and so I could easily get this game installed. I settled got no reaction, which means this past weekend I visited Best But & they assisted me obtain the game installed. Today I'd like my cash back.
