This is a conclusion of my encounter: Put order for Television lamp. Obtained lamp in incorrect housing such that it didn't fittv. Attempted to make contact with Notebooks for Less via telephone and email to get a month. IGNORED BY NOTEBOOKS FOR LESS! Never received ANY reaction to some of my several communications. Approached charge card business to opposite costs, that they did. Obtained a return quantity from Notebooks for Less THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD ORGANIZATION, but at that time I'd voided the return by eliminated the lamp from its housing to be able to ensure it is function (incidentally, the label about the seam that displays if the housing continues to be exposed HAD BEEN DAMAGED, therefore the guarantee might have been voided, anyhow). LIGHTBULB BURNT-OUT after two 5 weeks! Notebooks for Less got my charge card organization to re charge me.
Additionally, Notebooks for Less guaranteed a-6 month warranty on the site, the fine-print on my presentation slide stated there is merely a 3-month guarantee.
I've never created a criticism against a business, however I'm today losing sight of my method to alert others about Notebooks for Less. Don’t drop countless bucks for this dishonest organization!
