I recently requested an upgraded display for my notebook. After I had another organization deploy the display (they've completed additional pc work for me personally formerly, and so I understand they're great), the display did not work. They claimed it had been a refurb, that will be NOT what I'd requested. After calling display-help to request an address to ship the screen back, in addition to a credit, they responded many times t / another support current email address to make use of that i CURRENTLY delivered the relevant data to. And overlook the phone number. For cust srvc - USUALLY busy. It has been an entirely annoying encounter - never again may purchase something from these fools
