I've only bought a fresh SONY HDTV 40" z-series (three months before) from Computer Rich on 317 Way 17 South in Paramus, Bergen region, Nj. Within two or three times of buying it it'd audio issues, the audio might occasionally set off and on. I named the shop plus they delivered handful of contractors to repair it. They didn't do something (aside from starting the wire package) and stated that it was good.
I called the shop again and after plenty of reasons having a salesperson he decided to trade it. The 2nd T.V. (allegedly fresh) came and inside an hour of its installment it began displaying a and ghosty image.
I called the shop again to criticism and again they delivered another specialist who had been said to be an "specialist". He explained that regular T.V. Stations must seem like fuzzy on HDTV! Which it was good! Even though the image was blurry on both regular and HD stations, he bascially stated that the image must appear fuzzy!!
I visited the shop again and that I requested them to switch it because it was obviously faulty. The store-manager and his helper declined to exhange it. The store-manager simply didn't care and was very rude and simply didn't wish to keep in touch with me whatsoever. After another prolonged dialogue using the associate supervisor he explained he might contact me and deliver -however - another specialist to my house to check on it out; normally they'd never trade the T.V. Also it was mine though it was faulty.
I declined to possess another specialist arrived at my house simply to state that it was good which the image must appear fuzzy
They stated that their plan was that so long as the Television becomes on then it was good and would not trade it.
I called the Computer Rich headquarters and talked to somebody who promises to be always a supervisor of client support or treatment.
He explained that Computer RICH plan is NOT TO trade something for as long IT TURNS OFF AND ON!!
I'm currently caught having a faulty T.V. That exhibits fuzzy images that I settled US$1600!
That Is unjust, and undesirable policy towards clients.
Please be careful of computer rich return policy. They're misleading. Be cautious. They deceived me and sold me a television with fuzzy pictures for us$1600. Computer richard says that hdtv sets display standard t.V. As fuzzy
Computer richard won't refund or exchange any t.V. More than 30"! Quite simply they don't return or trade expensive products. Customer be cautious.
