I've published before on my efforts to solve with one of these people. Today it's 2 weeks, plus they just released a partial reimbursement, therefore it cost me $20 to discover they don't remain behind their internet data, their workers' info or their item.
DON'T WORK WITH THE CORPORATION. You will find way too many great printer providers available to provide any $ to these folks! Although I've sympathy due to their workers, the corporation must crash and near. Email if you want specifics. NO-SPAM pls.
