I purchased my netbook in december. Almost a year later my keyboard began to malfunction so i sent it in for repair at no cost. It worked when it was returned. Now i am having the exact same problem. I contacted gateway and they said it was a hardware issue and would cost 199.00 to fix. Since its a netbook, i dont use it all the time so i dont really no when the problem started again, but since its the same problem i think that they should fix it.
