For thirty (30) years I have used a variety of SAS software solutions for business analytics. On the extremely rare occasions I have had to contact support, only once did I have to wait overnight (i.E., 17 hours) for a solution to my problem.in all other instances my problems were resolved while on the phone. These were true resolutions, not work-arounds! Never was I in a phone queue or on hold!
Bar none, for me, SAS is the epitome of product quality, value, and customer support... The standard against which I measure all others!
