I first found out about Identity Guard when I heard about child identity theft being on the rise due to the wonderful tech world we live in. Being a super savvy wife and mother, I started searching for more information so I could make an educated decision on how to protect my family and more importantly my children's identity since they're golden when it comes to hackers/id thieves. This is when I found ID Guard; they have an amazing online resource center that talks about anything and everything related to ID theft and monitoring ones credit and ID. Ultimately, my husband and I decided to test them out (what was to lose... They had a free trial) to see what they offered. I found that their tools and resources were still great after signing up and I was and still am happy with their services. While the cost might be a little high to some people, the opportunity to protect my family from ID theft (among other things) is well worth the money. I have a family to worry about as well as a nice income (with a kick-ass 800 credit score) I take this service and just consider it part of my "insurance" budget. This may not for everyone; however, you may be pleasantly surprised to see what they offer in terms of resources and services. Check them out if you're thinking about protecting yourself or family from ID Theft and want to track your credit / activity etc.
