It took 30 days from when I sent my IPhone until I was contacted. They called me, put me on hold and disconnected me. When I called back there was a recording saying leave your name and number? Was called again the next day and when I called back the guy was at lunch. Finally I spoke to him and he offered less than half their quote. Said the IPhone had scratches on it. Was in a protective case with screen protection. Looked brand new. They have their employees trained well. I would never use them or recommend them.
