Ripoff charges made on a closed account
In October I closed a captal one bank card. I paid the account in full and closed the account. On 2-28 I receieved a phone call about the ballance on this card. I exsplained that there could not be a charge on the card because the account was closed. The represenitive stated that the account has ...
