Absolutely atrocious. Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't return calls. A lot of lip service that serves as a runaround. I was quickly charged $1100 for my order, and 6 months later, still NOTHING. At one point I at least had a "shipping number" that never proved valid. That was in August. ...
