Booked a Suite for my Daughters Birthday Party and the AC was broken... Promised Refund and they never paid
This place is a rip off. From the website, it's very hard to see that this is not "really" a hotel... It's a residential apartment complex. You are really staying in vacant (cheaply furnished) apartment... Not a resort/hotel room. We booked this room for our Daughters birthday party... ...
