I CANNOT believe Direct Energy! I was SWITCHED over to them over a year ago when Entergy went out of business. It has been DOWN HILL ever since. I didn't receive a STATEMENT from them in January and received a DOUBLE bill in February. (I called and they ADMITTED there was no BILL sent in January). ...
