I ordered a ring from them. Their return policy says you can return your ring within 10 days for receipt for a FULL refund, within 15 days for an exchange. I rec'd the ring, didn't like it, called the SAME DAY to tell them I was returning it & they told me they'd keep a 20% "fee" ...
