Sold me a protection plan, when i sent my ipod to get fixed it took 2 months and they sent me back a refurbished 1 which dosent work at all Ripoff
When i purchased my ipod from circuit city the sales person talked me into buying the ccprotection plan he told me quote "you can break this over someones head, bring it back to us and we will give you a brand new ipod" When my battery started failing after 6 months i brought it back too ...
