They took out 100.00 dollars out of my bank account and they were only supposed to take out 66.60-they will not pay for the overdraft fees and as of yet I have still not received the difference

On August 17th I called regional adjusted bureau in regards to a payment plan. The agreement was 100.00 dollars and due to my financial hardship they lowered my payment to 66.60.
