On Feb 19 I upgraded one of my phone line with Sony W600i. I went on cingular.com and under accounts you can upgrade your phone if your contract been a year or 2 year is over. I paid the $280.99 with my Chase credit card got the phone checked my Chase statement sure enough Cingular had there money. ...
