Missing Drugs, failure to investigate complaint, rude
1st - Missing drugs-called to report, left message. NO response. Dropped off another RX, tried to pick up 3 days later. Waited @ drive thru for 15 min, w/1 vehicle ahead of me. Asked for RX, told it was not filled, "too early" It was a new RX, no insurance involved. Called mgr to complain ...
