Santander Consumer USA
Repossession after oral payment arrangement and forced post-dated checks

Miscellaneous James3028 0

I know this is something you may not handle, but I have to tell as many people as I can. We have been living in three years of hell from Citi Financial Auto, who hired Santander Consumer USA to collect our car and truck payments. These two companies would call us 15 to 20 times a day, causing ...

Santander Consumer USA
Two companies claim to be same lender after settlement paid

Miscellaneous Anonymous 129486 0

I paid off a settlement offer made by this company, and now another company says they are the same company but has no record of my settlement or payment. I spoke to the company I paid, and they said it was charged off in October. So I have two companies that say they are the same. One or both of ...

Santander Finance Company
Payments applied to interest first, loan balance not decreasing after 36 months

RoadLoans (Santander Consumer USA)
Loan approval withdrawn after 30 days over credit, wasted dealer trip

Miscellaneous howard301 0

After the 30 days they sent me a letter stating that they would not give me a loan because my credit was not good. I spent my time going to the car dealer, which is about 12 miles from ...

Drive Financial
Harassing calls to references and repeated repossession threats

Cars & Transport Toniee 0

This all started when Drive lost our paperwork. That may have been the sign to run fast. There is this thing called "Life" and there are many turns in life that we do not intend on taking in our wonderful over priced Drive cars. I totally agree pay your creditors on time. But with this ...
