I refinanced my Home with a local company in Pettisville OH they inturned selling it to OWCEN Federal Bank without my acknowegement. At the same time I was begining to work in Minneapolis MN and did not get a chance to go back to OH for three months. That has caused me to be late on my morgate pay ...
