I made an online reservation on 06/20 to get a 17" truck to move on 06/25. I even paid the $5.00 non-refundable fee which was supposed to guarantee that I get a truck. The confirmation I received via email said that someone would contact me within 24 hours to schedule the exact pickup spot, ...
