I bought the 1999 cougar. It was the first year it came back from being redesigned. I saw the car and test drove it. I basically knew I loved the car. Now that the car is 4 years old, a bunch has gone wrong with it. You think a 4 year old cougar with only 38,000 miles on it would do a tad better. ...
