Statement not delivered on time to make payment without late fee. When statement mailed in they still charge late fee for not recieving it on time. Even though mailed more than a week ahead of due date. Service is terible
Etail service is a unfriendly business. They do there best to charge late fees. Im sure its very profitable. I cant imagine Yamaha lets them finance there bikes. I will never buy a yamaha again.
