During my trip to Walmart today, my check was declined. With the receipt of decline from Telecheck I phone Telecheck. The reason given was high rate of recent usage. I guess Walmart or Telecheck is stating you shouldn't go there very often because repeat business is not acceptable to them. Meijer ...
