Bogus Return Statement Fee and Unhelpful Counter Staff at Branch
Any chance they can charge you a fee they will. They have some bogus "return statement fee" so everytime they send a statement and it goes back to them (ex: when you change addresses) that's another $5 in their pocket. They won't bother calling to correct the address, and the jack*sses ...
