In the 2009 I had agreed to have at the time this new company ESCO be my energy supplier to lower my energy cost and assure that my bill didn't fluctuate from month to month. Within the first month I my bill had tripled and I was being charge from both Con Ed and ESCO. What a disappointment. ...
