I was contacted at our church by an individual offering to sell us CFL lightbulbs. I asked for a catalog and instead they sent 12 bulbs for $209 dollars. As we can get better quality bulbs for $0.99 apiece, this is quite a ripoff. They are now harrassing us about this unpaid invoice. ...
