Westgate Resorts
Discount ticket offer turned into timeshare tour and penalized hotel booking

We found discount tickets to Colonial Williamsburg, on the web and called to find the deal. It appeared that Westgate was conducting 90 min timeshare tour. It went about one hour the "approval" process. Than they called me back and said I need to purchase hotel, I told them I do not need ...

Just as most of the people in every consumer complaints, we went for a 90 minute seminar and ended up being there for 4 or 5 hours. They made the whole presentation sound wonderful and when we told them we couldn't afford what they were asking, then we were offered a "different one" in a ...

They made their pitch, told us it would cost $500 a month plus $500 a year for maintenance. We said no way. They ...

My husband and I visited Westgate in Kissimmee back in 04. After being attacked to buy a time share, we decided not to purchase one, but instead we opted to purchase a week vacation to be paid within 2 years. The week vacation was paid in full. It was $795. We were fed this bull story about we can ...

Very unpleasant experience with Westgate Resorts. I had made the mistake of purchasing my tickets to Disney World with Westgate when I booked my vacation. I was told I would be given my tickets I purchased and 2 free one-day tickets to Sea World after a 90-minute sales presentation. I went to what ...
