I tried to prepay my phone out account on Yahoo MSN through the yahoo. Msn site only, twice it charged my credit card but is not showing any balance in my phone out account. I have written to Yahoo. MSN twice, they have not replied at all. Is Yahoo. Going down the drain that they are cheating ...
