Fraudently charged nearly $200.00 on credit card. Managers will not speak to me. Rep said they had billing problems, what a lie! Fraudulent ripoff business

This is what happened. My wife discovered 4 separate $48.50 charges appearing in the month of July. The charges had WQ Long Distance to them. It also caused a over credit limit charge of $29.00.
