On or about 11/30 I saw a infomercial on TV of the Windstorm Vacuum. It said in the ad that If you order one vacuum you get the second one free. So I called the toll free number and ordered 1 vacuum. To my dismay I received on 12/5 4 vacuums! I order one and one was free. I tried to call these ...
