Withholding legitimate refunds from agents/clients
Company advertises Fam trips to agents. Gets payments and then cancels trips close to departure dates. Promises refunds but then does not send refunds and tells agents they will never get refunds if they file complaints. Right now we know of 5 cases. Please reply if you know of more ...
