To Whom It May Concern, Once again on 9/26 you have charged my Visa credit card ending in 1720 an unauthorized $79.95 twice. This is now the 3rd and 4th times this has occurred. The first two times where on 5/13 and again on 6/20. Please reverse those charges made today in the amount of $159.90 ...
