I to am totaly disatisfied with Ultrex. Handles break and crack, nobs break and crack, after just a year and a half teflon is chipping on their pots and pans. Pressure cooker gasket keeps blowing out very dangerous, no recall on cooker we have modle #11302C. Can't get anyone at company called phone ...
