On 9/11 TBar (aka Texas Building & Roofing) did contract to do certain repairs (hail damage) to my residence for a fixed cost of $24,258.25. I trusted TbarPro and paid 80% on 9/28, TBar did cash such check. TBar did start to do the contracted work but did not finish the job as per the contract. ...
