I recieved a "final winning notice' saying i won $150,000 in the national lotto co-operation sweepstakes lottery. They sent me a check for 4,979.58. It looks real. They said I would have to pay tax of $2,998.00 by WESTERN UNION or MONEYGRAM. To be sent to my assigned Tax Agent, Frank Webber. ...
