Received an RAC offer in the mail to trial quickflix for free. Part the way through realised I was not interested (hidden charges & obligated to continue paying) so I shut the system down. $35 has since been withdrawn from my account, of which they are not interested in refunding. STAY AWAY ...

Tried to contact customer care to unsubscribe membership (the only way to unsubscribe is contact customer service)... N i found it they'll just put u on WAIT... Probably WAIT FOREVER n cannot unsubscribe (n they'll keep charging u monthly fees) ...
