Publix
Senior Citizens price gouging and bread being horrible in the Deli Department

Shops, Products, Services Frank705 0

I have been shopping at this Publix Store for about 7 years and have complained about the BUY-ONE-GET-ONE-FREE not being available on the Wednesdays that there is a 5% discount to Senior Citizens to the clerks and to the store manager. When I have complained about this, the store manager says that ...

Bad Customer Service

Loud and obnoxious music

Shops, Products, Services Jeff Block16 0

I have on several different occasions had my buggy half full of groceries and just walked out, but not before telling the manager how intrusive their music is. It is so loud you can't think, ...

Terrible experience

Shops, Products, Services James1936 0

Shops, Products, Services anon154 0

Yes it's not acceptable to park in a fire lane, but people do it sometimes, for their own reasons and are taking the risk of getting towed. It's really not necessary for employees to walk out to bother people doing it... Publix makes it a ...

Where do u go to complain, if the mgr doesn't care? Publix at Hollywood Mall must be the worst place to shop: employees ignore u or send u in the wrong direction. At the produce the green apples were black. So i tell the employee if she can take a damp cloth and wipe them. She said it's up to the ...
