Ripoff Improper install of heating system is causing most of the house to remain cold 65 - 68 degrees, and two rooms to be VERY hot 85-90 degrees. Company will not honor warranty
I have been trying to get a hold of Platinum for warranty service on the install they performed in June. Their Ft Worth office number has been disconnected, as well as the Houston office.
