I purchased Shield Deluxe 2009 from PC Security Shield (PCSS). The first problem is the fact that this company states clearly that the price 'includes' a $20.00 rebate. No it doesn't! The $29.99 price for 3 computers is 'after' the rebate, which is a mail-in rebate! I have to print the rebate form ...
