I had an account with AT&T wireless in 2001 and in early 2002 I got behind and was placed with Palisades. I paid AT&T directly in late 2002 the full amount of $389.00.in 2003 Palisades began calling and after i told them i paid it off they told me I couldn't pay AT&T i had to pay them. ...
