On oct. 21 the unauthorized charge came out of my bank account

This charge was unauthorized on Oct. 21st and on Oct. 27th it was confirmed, money in supportpmcmembership.com bank account, I have called Oct. 31st, Nov. 1st and again on Nov. 4th to cancel and get a refund. I am told it will take 22 days to get back to my account. How can this happen ...
