Paid in full for colorized quarters I did not recieve, now told company is bankrupt!
I bought the entire set of colorized quarters in 2003 from the American Historic Society's Colorized State Quarter program. I was assured I would recieve the complete set by the end of 2008. I still had not received the 2007 & 2008 quarters in July. I tried to call the company on the invoice: ...
