We recieved our Visa Statement for October and have been charged twice for Norton Annual Renewal. On October 6th, we were charged $69.99 from myord.com and then on Octber 10th we were charged $69.98 from Norton. Why is this happening to so many people? How should we address this problem and to who? ...
