In Nov after just 1-1/2 years with GMAC home mortgage, who by the way promised they never sell their mortgages to other lenders... LIARS!!! Sold our mortgage to Midland Mortgage Co., my antenna went up and my heart palpatations began. I had been thru one of these switch deals 12 years ago that ...
