IRS letter claims $800 owed after cancelled debt appeared on credit report
I just recieved a letter from IRS stating I owe $800.00 from previous taxes since the amount of $3158.00 was a cancelled debt from this compnay. I pulled my credit report and low and behold if it doesn't show up. The accoutn type is unknown and it was opened on 6/1 It show s a payment status of ...
