Ripoff maxtor! They are selling products, example external hard drives that brake within a year and offer no suport what so ever & say they cannot help but still continue to sell these products which I say is illegal!
I am reporting maxtor or www.maxtor.com which is a seagrave company for selling illegal products to customers. They continue to sell external hard drives via internet & factory manafactures even though they know & reconise that they are faulty. They do not offer a replacement or refund ...
