Paid for Two Packages but Only Received One Package
I paid more than USD 1000 by PayPal to eelco, but only got 1 of the 2 ordered packages. The more expensive one (USD 600 incl. shipment to Austria, Europe) didn't arrive. Mr. Lackner cannot be contacted anymore. I am trying to get the money back through PayPal. I hope he will soon find himself in ...
