Discontinued item in less than one year, charging for support to fix a bad update
LG touted this great Blu Ray player with streaming Netflix, and product could be upgraded. Item was discontinued almost immediately and the one and only update disabled the players ability to be used for regular DVD's. Making this Blu Ray Player even more useless. LG doesn't want to provide any ...
