Don't waste your money on this! It feels good on as far as back support, but it will not hide/smooth you out or make you look smaller. Now if you are only maybe 5-10lbs over weight and want to hide the belly/rolls it could work. I'm a good 50lbs over weight and let me just say the fat has to go ...
